We are inspiring little YouTubers at our new location at 830 West College Ave.
Join us for afternoon enrichment at 830 West College Ave, on the grounds of Thankful Missionary Baptist Church. Our entrance faces West College in the middle of the building.
We have a very “creator-focused” environment. The Visual Storytellers Afternoon Enrichment Program at the MSA house is a hub for inspired thought, with lots of rooms, equipment, and opportunities to explore creating and manifesting different ideas. We are focused on creating content and working with technology in expressive ways. Producing VLOGs, original songs, photography, stop-motion animation, and many other disciplines allows all of our kids to create content that they are excited about. The MSA Kids are telling stories in unique ways and learning how to utilize technology to exercise their creative muscles!

In our break and summer programs, kids will learn the fundamentals of producing and editing VLOGS, making Stop-Motion Animation videos, music videos, DSLR camera operation basics, working with iOS devices, lighting basics, filming on green screen, scoring and editing in iMovie. Kids also experience an entirely different level of creative freedom in our recording studio while recording original songs, learning electronic music production, songwriting, and audio engineering fundamentals. Art enrichment is encouraged and promoted with daily classes in art and painting as well as opportunities to draw and create props and backgrounds for some of our productions.
Our themes and projects change from week to week, and kids often find themselves performing all sorts of creative tasks. For instance, we have found ourselves in the studio writing and producing a song during a filmmaking week because the project we were working called for a band to be performing a song at the end. Kids are exposed to many different disciplines all the time depending on the directions of their imaginations.
Snacks are provided daily, with walking field trips to local parks and Decatur Square. We offer Stop-Motion Animation, Filmmaking, and VLOGGING K.A.M.P. throughout the year and during the summer. For full day K.A.M.P. please pack a lunch. Feel free to send additional snacks if needed!
